University of Anger (one page)

You’re already welcome here—print what helps; skip the rest without guilt.

Same six days as Battle Plans—for the car, the locker, or a week when the phone needs a rest. Full “today / action / prayer” stay on the device; this sheet holds the anchor verses.

Day 1 — He that ruleth his spirit

Proverbs 16:32

He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

Self-rule before volume.

Day 2 — Slow to wrath

James 1:19–20

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

Hear first; God’s righteousness, not heat.

Day 3 — Be angry, and sin not

Ephesians 4:26–27

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.

Evening deadline; no spare room for the accuser.

Day 4 — A soft answer

Proverbs 15:1

A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

True, soft, one sentence.

Day 5 — No friendship with an angry man

Proverbs 22:24–25

Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man shalt thou not go: Lest thou learn his ways, and get a snare to thy soul.

Check inputs that train fury; mercy boundaries.

Day 6 — Deferreth his anger

Proverbs 19:11

The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.

Discretion; pass over as Christ passed over yours.
