Day 1 — Not willing one should perish

Matthew 18:14

Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

Panic names doom; mercy names His sentence.

Day 2 — Great peace on thy children

Isaiah 54:13

And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

Teacher-first is heavenward; peace is promised.

Day 3 — Suffer the little children

Mark 10:14

But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

Barriers looked efficient; welcome looked costly.

Day 4 — When I am afraid, I trust

Psalm 56:3

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.

Afraid and trusting may share breath.

Day 5 — Not a spirit of fear

2 Timothy 1:7

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Grace names equipment louder than glands.

Day 6 — He began a good work

Philippians 1:6

Finishing tethered to Christ, not frantic horizon.
