University of Regret (one page)

You’re already welcome here—print what helps; skip the rest without guilt.

Six anchor verses match the opening week of Battle Plans—fifteen more mornings continue on the device for a full twenty-one-day porch. One verse per block here; open the plan for each day’s step and prayer.

Day 1 — Gone over mine head

Psalm 38:4

For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.

Name the weight; hand it up.

Day 2 — A broken spirit

Psalm 51:17

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

He receives contrition—not a performance.

Day 3 — Repentance to salvation

2 Corinthians 7:10

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

God-ward sorrow moves toward home.

Day 4 — Reaching forth

Philippians 3:13–14

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Forward step without dragging the chain.

Day 5 — A new thing

Isaiah 43:18–19

Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

A way where regret said only dust.

Day 6 — No condemnation

Romans 8:1

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

In Christ—no condemning sentence.
