When spring feels scattered (one page)

You’re already welcome here—print what helps; skip the rest without guilt.

For calendars that will not line up, half-finished tasks, and the feeling that you keep starting over—five short lines that point home, not a finish line. Pair with the full table read Matthew 6:25–34 on Family rhythm and when spring feels overwhelming when the body is tired too. This sheet is only the verses.

Your heavenly Father knoweth—seek ye first

Matthew 6:32–33

(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

The list is not the king—one kingdom line before the day drives the next hour.

One thing is needful

Luke 10:41–42

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

Many things can be true—only one part stays when the room gets loud.

Trust, acknowledge, direct

Proverbs 3:5–6

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Scattered often means self-reliance got loud—acknowledge is a one-word handoff.

Set your affection on things above

Colossians 3:1–2

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

Not contempt for the table—aim; first loves first.

One thing have I desired

Psalm 27:4

One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

A single “one thing” prayer when the day feels like many.
