Comfort ye my people: the Lord comes as a shepherd who gathers the lambs, and they that wait on Him renew their strength.

Those who wait on the Lord get new strength—they don't give out.
Sometimes the win is walking without fainting—not soaring.

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
What was going on
When the earth shakes and nations rage, this psalm declares God is a present refuge and strength — “be still, and know that I am God.”.
What it means
Stop striving and know that God is God — He is in charge, not your panic.
Stillness is a step, not a luxury you earn after finishing everything.

Paul said this to Believers learning strength in weakness: Thorn and grace.
What it means
God's power shows up best when we're weak—His grace is enough.
When you cannot add one more thing, grace meets you in the cannot.
