September 2026
- Quieter porch: Home still asks a new device, “How much room do you have?” Returning visits go straight to today’s verse. Ask the Word lives on its own page—every feeling stays in the open, without extra example walls. Plans still opens on tonight and “What are you carrying?” Pricing points to Give. Knowledge stays free; a gift never unlocks a better seat.
August 2026
- Mercy front door: Home asks first, “How much room do you have?”—Too much goes to Calm, One verse is enough stays with today’s lesson, A little more room opens Explore — start here (one feeling → one existing door). No new campus wings; clearer doors to what already ships.
- Return to quiet: Deep rooms (Calm, Explore, Life Lessons, Learn the Word, University) end with a soft way back to Home, Calm, or Find a path.
- Kids Remember: Story Library keeps coloring and adds a gentle Hear→Remember order game plus soft quiz copy—no scoreboard pressure, progress on this device.
- Plans entry: Mobile “Start here” lanes wrap more calmly so the library stays deep without feeling like a wall on a phone.
- Direction (for builders and returning friends): Prefer reducing friction over adding surface. Solo capacity still matters; shipped quiet is enough.
June 2026
- Discoverability (June 2026): Honest path cards on Home (after today’s verse and feel-search results), Battle Plan day view, Today’s Lesson, Kids, and Family hub—one primary door each, extras tucked in quiet
<details>. Explore gained a porch map band and feeling-first hub tile subtitles. Calm, My Study, and Plans hero link back to today’s verse and the map. Builder docs: principles, system.
May 2026
- Porch polish (May 2026): Calmer daily verse typography, a device-only “slow breath?” note on Home (no analytics), tighter Plans hero reading width, a gentler Kids welcome band, and five porch-calm image presets plus two new free starter cards (Matthew 11:28, Philippians 4:6–7). Builder reference: Visual north star.
- Home: A calm “heavy week?” line above the fold points to the 7-day emergency calm pack for when seven gentle days fit better than browsing.
- Seasonal: New Father’s Day doorway (June)—honest links for dads, marriage, parenting, and family rhythm reads; no hype.
- New After a hard conversation Battle Plan (7 days, KJV)—for when words landed wrong and the room still feels cold; pairs with Marriage.
- Kids Corner: Five more Gentle Journey stories on the path toward 365—Jordan crossing, Abigail’s wisdom, Anna at the temple, wedding at Cana, and Psalm 23 as shepherd.
- Sharper Share on Home and Today’s Lesson: KJV ref, verse excerpt, “one small step” when present, and a clean link (Home lands on today’s verse block) so forwarding to a weary friend is one tap, not a vague plug.
- Email and Text beside Share on Home (verse toolbar) and on Today’s Lesson: opens the device mail or SMS app with the same honest body plus link—no backend, no account.
- New Offline porch checklist (printable): PWA install notes, what caches on first Wi‑Fi visit, offline vs online table, refresh tips, and links to Print hub + Emergency pack—footer “Further In” points here.
- Desktop SMS friend-send hidden when the pointer is fine and the window is wide—avoids a dead
sms:link; Email + Share stay everywhere. - Footer now surfaces Monthly updates and the Emergency calm pack beside transparency and reader stories.
- Shipped the 7-Day Emergency Calm Pack doorway for heavy weeks; tightened links between Home, Plans, Family, and Print hub for faster next steps.
- Strengthened metadata on key pages to improve crawlability of JS-heavy sections.
- The reading plans are now simply called KJV Plans — same calm days, same KJV, no extra names. Every door is still open; nothing was removed.
