When it hits hardest
- At night when your mind replays every conversation—read one verse aloud, slowly, before sleep.
- With kids awake and your chest tight—one line from Psalm 56:3 is enough at the kitchen sink.
- At work when you cannot fix the whole week—Matthew 6:34 holds one day, not the whole calendar.
A Gentle Word
1 Peter 5:7 — cast it all. Not the tidy pieces. All of it.
