Color & Tell

Crayon marks don’t have to be perfect.

Little Shepherd

I’m Little Shepherd—color slow; God’s story is the bright part.

How Color & Tell works (tap to expand)

Color each scene, tap Save, then—when every scene is saved—open Watch My Story to see your own pictures tell the Bible story. On phones and tablets, the story cards scroll sideways—swipe to browse. Parents: everything stays in the browser on this device; if storage fills up, use Clear saved stories under the progress cards.

One Quiet Moment

One slow breath. One verse. Then pick your story.

“He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.”
Psalm 23:2 (KJV)
A tiny prayer before you start

Lord, thank you for this story. Help me learn something from it today. Amen.

Something to think about while you color

What is one thing in today’s story that makes you glad God is real?

Coloring memory

When you finish, tell someone — or just remember — one thing from the story you want to keep.

Choose your story

These five are the gentlest first doors. Each label is a feeling — pick the one that matches today.

Ages 3–4 with a grown-up: begin with Safe — Jesus & the children or Wonder — Creation. Color one scene, say one short line, then stop while the joy is still there. After Easter (or any Sunday you want resurrection hope without a sermon), try Hope — Empty tomb—four quick scenes with small KJV tags.

Very young (3-4 with a grown-up)

Choose one big, simple scene. Name one color, say one short line about Jesus or creation, then finish while the joy is still there.

Littles (5-7)

Color one scene, say one verse line, then stop while it still feels fun.

Middles (8-10)

Finish a whole story over a few sittings, then watch the slideshow together.

Older kids (11+)

Color one story as the response after a plan day, Family Armor, or a read-aloud story card.

Weekly & offline pairings

Coloring works best when it helps the verse stay in little hands after the screen goes quiet.
